SELECTION

We source our coffee from Central and South America, African, and Indian farmers. Every batch undergoes rigorous analysis, and we use laboratory-tasting techniques to check the organoleptic quality.

GROWTH

Coffee plants thrive in temperatures that never dip below 17°C. Coffee grown at higher altitudes, benefiting from temperature variations, is of higher quality.

THE CLEANING PROCESS

The raw coffee beans, stored in various sacks, undergo thorough inspection and are vacuumed to remove natural impurities from the plantation harvest.

ROASTING PROCESS

At Marziali, each variety of coffee is roasted individually at temperatures exceeding 200 degrees Celsius. The roasting process takes between 18 to 20 minutes, ensuring each batch reaches its optimal flavor profile.

BLENDING

From each silo containing different coffee origins, we carefully measure out the precise amount needed to create a specific blend ,ensuring a perfect harmony of flavors.

PACKAGING PROCESS

The coffee is transported to silos where it rests for 24 hours. After packaging, the coffee bags are stored in climate-controlled rooms to mature properly before being shipped to various destinations
