Important indications emerge from a new study on the benefits of coffee conducted by Spanish researchers

A study conducted by researchers from the Seguimiento Universidad de Navarra , presented by the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee (ISIC) and published in the journal Nutrients, shows that those who habitually consume around 4 cups of coffee a day are less likely to develop depression and mood disorders.

The results of the research, carried out on a sample of 15,000 healthy individuals, were released by the Coffee Producers Consortium and report other important indications such as the benefits that a non-excessive consumption of coffee (4 or 5 cups a day) produces on our organism: improved concentration, memory and physical performance, in addition to what we have already reported in the previous news dedicated to the benefits of coffee for our health .

By the beginning of the next decade, depression will affect one in six individuals and, according to the World Health Organization, which in 2016 removed coffee from the list of possible carcinogenic foods, it will become the second leading cause of disability due to illness.

Fighting it by drinking coffee is a pleasant way and has no side effects.
